Forage and Print Class

Service Description

Come to my studio and neighbouring forest where together the group will forage outside gathering suitable, natural, printable finds. We will go back to the studio and make paper and textile prints with our found materials. This class involves walking, while not technically a hike, it will require you are able to keep up with the group and complete a thirty to forty minute walk of around 2-3 km's. This class is covers both textile and paper printing - you will leave with clear knowledge of both print processes. The class will include cold drinks and snacks to keep energy levels steady throughout the afternoon. There will be gluten, peanut, oat free options but if you have allergies or specific dietary requirements, please bring your own snacks. Unless there is a weather warning level storm the class will go ahead even in wet weather, in which case, bring suitable walking gear, sensible shoes for muddy paths and a rain coat. Also if it is wet you may want to bring alternative shoes to change into in the studio after the walk.
